Pre-show

1. Meet Up: Gather at one central location

  • if KMT event: meet in production office or in KMT
  • other location: meet at Warehouse A (TB201) to help move gear to event location

2. Load-in 3. Briefing (when on site but before setup)

  • General event description/summary
  • Intro everyone and their role(s) on event
  • Go over floorplan/stage plot
  • Break up into teams to go over individual department's gameplan

4. Setup

Post show

1. Debrief * Get thoughts and notes department by department for show report * ⚠️ COMPLETE SHOW REPORT ⚠️ 2. Strike 3. Lockup 4. Return gear to Warehouse B (TB232) * Put wireless mics and belt packs in charging station
