Pre-show

• Meet Up: Gather at one central location
  • if KMT event: meet in production office or in KMT
  • other location: meet at Warehouse A (TB201) to help move gear to event location
• Load-in
• Briefing (when on site but before setup)
  • General event description/summary
  • Intro everyone and their role(s) on event
  • Go over floorplan/stage plot
  • Break up into teams to go over individual department's gameplan
• Setup

• Show biz ✨

Post show

• Debrief
  • Get thoughts and notes department by department for show report
  • ⚠️ COMPLETE SHOW REPORT ⚠️
• Strike
• Lockup
• Return gear to Warehouse B (TB232)
  • Put wireless mics and belt packs in charging station
