Intro
Also known as a tech schedule, it breaks down the various moving parts happening throughout the day by department. Can be combined with the cue sheet/list.
Its contents will included:
- Event Name
- Event Location
- Client Name / Department
- Event Start Time
Timings
- Load-in = 4 hours before show time
- Setup = 3.5 hours before
- Remote check-in = 1.5 hour before
- Q2Q = 1 hour before
- Last minute checks = 30 mins before
- Operator stand by = 15 mins before
