Also known as a tech schedule, it breaks down the various moving parts happening throughout the day by department. Can be combined with the cue sheet/list.

Its contents will included:

• Event Name
• Event Location
• Client Name / Department
• Event Start Time

Timings

• Load-in = 4 hours before show time
• Setup = 3.5 hours before
• Remote check-in = 1.5 hour before
• Q2Q = 1 hour before
• Last minute checks = 30 mins before
• Operator stand by = 15 mins before
